bruh of which question are u all talking about there is not a option of 4800,4900... i think the answer should be 10 but its showing b how?

Ans 2:

Class : Class 7
they told us to round the quotient to nearest tens so the answer is not 16 the answer is 10

Ans 3:

Class : Class 6
because it is in bracket , we must subtract and then we must round off to nearest hundred

Ans 4:

Class : Class 9
the ans is 4800

Ans 8:

Class : Class 7
The answer is A not B

Ans 9:

Class : Class 6
TH ANSWER IS B AGIAN B

Ans 10:

Class : Class 10
It generally mentioned clearly what to do first, the actual subtraction or the estimation by SOF. But here, they asked us to estimate 7268-2427. So,we should first do the actual subtraction. By that the answer is 4800.

Ans 11:

Class : Class 6

Ans 12:

Class : Class 6
B is not correct it is 10 as when we divide the quetiont results in 11 and when we round that of we will get 10

Ans 13:

Class : Class 6
estimate and then subtract

Ans 14:

Class : Class 10
if we apply BODMAS on this question, it says to solve the brackets first...

Ans 15:

Class : Class 7
first we will do subtraction of 7268 and 2427 that is 4841 then we will estimate 4841 by nearest 100 which is 4800 and the anser is this first i have also done it according to NCERT but when result came then it was this solution

Ans 16:

Class : Class 7
We have 7268 – 2427 = 4841 Rounded off 4841 to nearest hundred = 4800

Ans 17:

Class : Class 10
4900 should be the answer as we have to estimate first

Ans 18:

Class : Class 9
7268 - 2427 is in bracket . This means first to do subtraction and then estimate the answer to nearest hundreds ...........TRICKY question

Ans 19:

Class : Class 6
Shreyansh is correct there is no 4800 or anything else,Btw the answer is (a) 10 not (b) 16!!!!

Ans 20:

Class : Class 6
THE ANSWER IS A NOT B

Ans 21:

Class : Class 9
The answer must be B)4900 because 7268-2427 = (estimated form) 7300-2400=4900

Ans 22:

Class : Class 6
THERE IS NO ANSWER 4900,4800 BLAH BLAH BRUH !!!!!!!

Ans 23:

Class : Class 8
sorry i meant 4900

Ans 26:

Class : Class 8
guys don't fight people just misunderstood the question also me I got it wrong i put 4800 as i did estimate first then subtract i guess all of us will learn from our mistakes

Ans 27:

Class : Class 8
As there is a bracket, it means that we have to find the difference and then estimate the number.

Ans 28:

Class : Class 5
Answer is A because when you divide 163/14 you get 11. 11 rounded of to the nearest tens is 10

Ans 29:

Class : Class 4
it means first do subtraction and then estemate

Ans 30:

Class : Class 8

Ans 31:

Class : Class 7
Can any one explain how is the option B 16 correct?

Ans 32:

Class : Class 7
first we should subtract and than estimate

Ans 33:

Class : Class 7
What is the point in estimating if we are anyway doing the actual subtraction? It makes sense if we round off the numbers 7268 and 2427 to the nearest hundred and then subtract, but that gives 7300-2400 viz.4900

Ans 34:

Class : Class 8
Exactly….Archita

Ans 35:

Class : Class 6
stop fighting

Ans 36:

Class : Class 6
it is simple 7268 - 2427 = 4841 rounded to the nearest hundreds = 4800

Ans 37:

Class : Class 8
WHAT IS THE USE OF ESTIMATING IF WE ARE DOING THE NORMAL SUBTRACTION. THE ANSWER SHOULD BE 4900 AS THE NUMBER 7268 ESTIMATED TO THE NEAREST IS 7300 AND THEE NUMBER 2427 ESTIMATED TO THE NEAREST HUNDRED IS 2400. 7300-2400=4900

Ans 38:

Class : Class 6

Ans 39:

Class : Class 6
A

Ans 40:

Class : Class 6

Ans 41:

Class : Class 6
SUBTRACT AND THE ESTIMATE !!!

Ans 42:

Class : Class 7
it should be 4900 as we estimate first than subtract

Ans 43:

Class : Class 6
A

Ans 44:

Class : Class 7
Seriously

1:2 because lets take no. of boys as x then 70x will be total marks of boys lets take girls as y then 73y will be no of total marks of girls then 71x+71y will be equal to the total marks of whole class then we can say that 70x+73y=71x+71y it gives us x=2y so ratio will be 1:2
