Can somebody report an error? Reason: the clock was not accurate. the hr hand was at 4 when the minute hand was at 9! But the hour hand is supposed to be between x ad x 1(x is hour) if y(minute hand number) is grater than 6. But the picture does not follow that rule and thus the picture is wrong.
