Monty fully filled a glass bottle with water, put a stopper on it and placed it upright in the freezer overnight. When he looked at it in the morning, the stopper was out of the bottle and a column of ice had emerged through the opening of the bottle.
Which one of the following is the best explanation for what Monty had observed?

AThe bottle had contracted when it was put in the freezer and the water could no longer fit into it.
BExtra water condensed from the air in the freezer and then froze to form the column of ice.

The answer is d as the girl is looking inn the mirror. She is 3m before the mirror . When she looks into the mirror she takes her point in the mirror to be 0m. When she observes that the 2nd girl was 8m behind her than the distance she would see the girl in the mirror would be 8 m ahead. So the 1st girl distance in the mirror would be 8m and distance of girl2 is 8m. So (6 8)m=14m
