Read the given passage where few words have been italicised. Iron is a very important food component. It takes part in formation of thyroid hormone secreted by parathyroid glands of our body. It is a trilobed gland located in the neck region. Iron deficiency can lead to malfunctioning of the gland causing hypo or hyper secretion of thyroid hormone. This leads to disease like osteomalacia.Foods like orange and spinach are recommended to the patient suffering from this condition. Select the correct option regarding this.

AIron should be replaced by iodine.
BParathyroid should be replaced by thyroid and osteomalacia should be replaced by anaemia.
CTrilobed should be replaced by tetralobed.
DOrange and spinach should not be replaced as they are correctly mentioned.
