Actually the answer is metal ring . if we will put light on it a hollow circular shadow will be formed while we can make a circular shadow by other 3 objects by arranging them in different angles

The pencil looks bent because of the phenomenon called Refraction. When light enters water it cannot move as fast as it does in the air. As the light enters the water on an angle it does not follow its original path, and this makes the image look bend.
