Once pure water is heated beyond boiling point, it starts to convert into water vapour and evaporate. If 100 ml of pure water is boiled for 15 minutes after it reached boiling point, some amount of water will evaporate, and the level of water in the container will go down. The temperature of water will remain the same. Option B shows water at 100°C and its volume as 65 ml. So, Option B is the right answer.

Group P: Sponges, corals, worms, insects, spiders and crabs are all sub-groups of the invertebrate group - they do not have a backbone. Group Q: Fish, reptiles, birds, amphibians and mammals are different sub-groups of vertebrates - they all have internal skeletons and backbones. Hence d is the correct option.
