Let the resistance of the bulbs P, Q and R is R'. Here all the three bulbs are indentical, therefore they would have same resistance R'. when switch is connected, the current wiil flow from the circuit. Assume that current flowing from the circuit is I. This current I will split into I1 and I2. I = I1 + I2 Current flowing from bulb P = I Voltage Vp = IR' Current flowing from bulb Q = I1 Voltage VQ = I1R' Current flowing from bulb R = I2 voltage VR = I2R' It is obvious that I1 and I2 would be less than I. Hence the voltages across bulb Q and R would be low than that of bulb P. Therefore, bulb P would be more bright than bulbs Q and R.

I think that P will get the voltage of the two batteries so I think P will be brighter than Q and R, which receive half of the voltage of the two batteries, i.e. voltage of one battery. So, I think the answer should be (D).

Class : Class 6
question is wrong . the question should be which of the following are correct ?

Ans 4:

Class : Class 6
A option is the correct answer

Ans 5:

Class : Class 6
why A is correct and not incorrect because a vehicle need not go in rectilinear path on a straight road it can go zigzag as well

Ans 6:

Class : Class 6
A, B, D are correct....incorrect is C. Because forearm is the length of the arm between elbow joint and wrist joint but the cubit is length from tip of elbow to the tip of the middle finger. so forearm length is smaller than the cubit. So answer is option C

Ans 7:

Class : Class 6
D is only correct and not A. So, A is the correct answer
