First of all, there is no full stop in Options C and D, so the answer is certainly NOT Option C or D. Moreover, there are no quotation marks in any of the options, whereas there should be quotations marks surrounding the statement 'Wish you all the best for your forthcoming exams'. The sentence is to be written as follows, 'She said, "Wish you all the best for your forthcoming exams."' Therefore, I ask SOF to kindly rectify this error and do the needed corrections.
