Question is right...First you have to find out two numbers that Sanchi thinks, so that two numbers are 16 and 8.because 16-8=8 ,then 16x8= 128, and both are even number.So, now second question is sum of both number that means 16 8=24 and value of smallest number is 8. That is why answer is option B.
