Antimatter are just opposite to matter. For example antiparticle of electron is positron(not proton) has just opposite electric charge. Antimatter has property just opposite to matter. One would expect the Big Bang to produce equal amounts of matter and antimatter, and, since the two annihilate one another on contact, this should have led to a universe with no particles, filled only with radiation. This problem can be solved if there exists some process that favors matter over antimatter, leading to the excess that we see today.

Antimatter is the form of matter that existed during 10^-30sec to 10^-10sec since antimatter are capable of surviving in very extreme conditions. Antimatter is the thing that has the charges opposite to that of matter. for example, electrons will have a positive charge unlike the negative present in matter. Since antimatter could only survive in very extreme conditions, therefore in our normal universe with less adverse conditions, there is only a tiny spec of antimatter in this vast universe.
