Most people would shudder at the idea of getting caught up in a 73.5-feet wave. But for Brazilian pro-surfer Maya, it presented the perfect opportunity to break her 2018 world record for the largest wave surfed by a female. The athlete skillfully conquered the massive wave earlier this year, at the inaugural World Surf League (WSL) Nazaré Tow Surfing Challenge in Praia do Norte, Portugal. It was the same site where she made her first world record by riding an equally intimidating 68-feet wave.
"I was in the zone and braver than I usually am on that day," said Gabeira. "I was risking more than I usually like to do. When I let go of the rope, I had a feeling it could be the one but wasn't sure. The speed was very high, but the noise that the wave made when it broke made me realize that this was probably the biggest wave I'd ever ridden."
Though Gabeira completed the incredible feat on February 11, 2020, her record was not announced by the Guinness World Records until September 10, 2020. That's because the WSL officials had to first determine whether it was the Brazilian surfer or her competitor, Justine Dupont, who had ridden the largest wave. The wave's height from trough to crest is usually estimated with the help of photos and videos. However, the proximity of the large swells ridden by the two pro-surfers, and the possibility of a new world record being established, warranted a more rigorous analysis.

Who made sure the record was made by Gabeira?

All about Penguins
Penguins are flightless aquatic birds from the family Spheniscidae, living mostly in the Southern Hemisphere. Only one species, the Galápagos penguin, is found in north of the Equator. Penguins are highly adapted for life in the water, with counter shaded plumage for camouflage and flippers for swimming. Their diet consists mainly of krill, squid, and fish, which they catch with their spiny tongues and powerful jaws.
The largest penguin species is the emperor penguin, which can grow up to 1.1 meters tall and weigh 35 kg. The smallest is the little blue penguin, standing at 30-33 cm tall and weighing around 1.2-1.3 kg. Penguins are superb swimmers, with species like the gentoo penguin reaching speeds of 36 km/h and the emperor penguin diving as deep as 550 meters.
Penguins spend half of their lives on land, where they use their tails and wings for balance and often slide on their bellies in a movement known as “tobogganing”. They also jump to cross rocky terrain quickly. Their plumage is highly insulating, with some species like the emperor penguin having specialized feathers for heat retention in cold waters.
Penguins breed in large colonies, with most species forming monogamous pairs for each breeding season. They lay one or two eggs, whereas the emperor and king penguins typically laying one. Penguins share incubation duties, and some species, like the emperor penguins, have unique methods of incubation, where males take on the responsibility while females fish.
Although penguins are mostly found in cold climates, some species live in temperate zones, and the Galápagos penguin thrives in tropical regions. Penguins face threats from predators like orcas and leopard seals in the water and from birds like skuas on land. Conservation efforts are underway as penguin populations are affected by climate change, human activity and predators.
Which method do the penguins use to move quickly across rocky terrain?

AGliding
BFlying
CTobogganing
DSwimming

Read the following passages and answer the question that follow:
Once upon a time, there was a partridge who couldn’t find any food near its cozy home. Feeling hungry and desperate, it decided to venture far away to some cornfields in search of a meal. The partridge stayed there for a few days, enjoying the abundance of food, before finally deciding to return home.
Little did the partridge know, while it was away, a clever rabbit had discovered the partridge’s empty nest and decided to make it its own. The rabbit found the nest to be a perfect shelter and settled comfortably inside. It had no idea that the partridge would soon return.
When the partridge returned to its nest, it was shocked to find the rabbit happily residing there. Both the partridge and the rabbit claimed ownership of the nest and a heated argument ensued. They couldn’t agree on who the rightful owner was, and their disagreement quickly escalated.
The other animals in the area witnessed the commotion and realized that a fair judgement was needed to resolve the dispute. They suggested seeking the help of a wise and impartial judge. After searching for a suitable candidate, they stumbled upon a praying cat by the river. Intrigued by the cat’s serene demeanor, they decided to ask for its assistance.
The cat listened attentively to both the partridge and the rabbit, but it pretended to have difficulty hearing their arguments. Cunningly, the cat asked them to come closer so that it could better understand their claims. Unfortunately, as soon as the partridge and the rabbit approached, the cat pounced on them killing and devouring both.
Choose a suitable title for the given story.

AThe Clever Rabbit
BThe Cat’s Justice
CThe Tale of the Home
