What will happen when earth comes near black hole ,will the gravity of earth change

the gravity of Earth will remain the same when we will start feeling that our weight is lessened because of the black hole's more greater force and slowly it will eat the Earth also. But thing is that Earth's gravity will start reducing as its mass is reduced. But we will never be there to see the change as we will be sucked in first

Mass and gravity of earth will decrease eventually as they are proportional to each other. But to us it'll appear as if earth's gravity doesn't exist because it is negligible compared to the gravity of the black hole.
