How come D has even 1 pair of perpendicular lines ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The answer should be C because in the first figure there are prependicular lines in the bottom in figure 2 there are prependicular lines all four sides near the arrows and in figure 3 there are prependicular lines at the bottom while there are no prependicular lines in figure 4 as they are all acute and obtuse angles so, the answer should be C not D.
