It should be C as it is written that we have to find the perpendicular line for each figure, so there are three figures with perpendicular line but if we consider how many perpendicular lines are there in this picture then it should be 4. This answer is absolutely wrong.

The answer should be C because in the first figure there are prependicular lines in the bottom in figure 2 there are prependicular lines all four sides near the arrows and in figure 3 there are prependicular lines at the bottom while there are no prependicular lines in figure 4 as they are all acute and obtuse angles so, the answer should be C not D.
