Mr Wadhera thought that his garden dried out most quickly when it was hot and windy. He decided to investigate. He watered his dry garden on four different mornings for 10 min at 8 am using the same amount of water.
What should be the weather conditions for four subsequent days to get a fair test?

A (i), (ii), (v) and (vi) only
B (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) only
C (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) only
D (i), (iii), (v) and (vi) only

So, for an experiment you need multiple values for comparison. This question states that the experiment is to be carried out for four days, meaning that you need to compare four different scenarios. The first one is obviously hot and windy. The four scenarios- hot, windy, calm and cloudy must be paired with each other forming these- hot and windy, hot and calm, windy and cloudy, cloudy and calm- option B
