I think option D is right answer.If its wrong please explain it .

ANSWER MUST BE OPTION D , AS WHEN WE SUBTRACT 5/8 FROM 4 THEN WE WILL GET 27/8 WHICH IS EQUAL TO 3 3/8. THE METHOD IS BY DOING CRISS-CROSS MULTIPLICATION.

I think it should be option C as , the question is asking how much is left with her when she has baked. She used 5/8 of the flour to bake and 5/8 of 4kg is 2 Â½ kg . 4kg take away 2Â½ kg equals 1Â½ kg. So it should be option C.
