answer should be C because it already says the word divide and if we write ans as B then it will become ( eg. 100/1/10 = 1000) hence it should be ( eg. 100/10 = 10) . PLS CORRECT IT SOF !!!!!

The answer is B cause they are saying step by step from LEFT to RIGHT that means it is increasing but as they have said decreasing the answer is B . eg- 10 increases by 10 when it goes from tens to hundred. So it decreases by this formula - 10 divided by 1/10 ( dividing a whole number by a fraction = whole number X the reciprocal of the fraction) = 10x10 = 100
