Study the given set up of an experiment. You will observe that



ALime water in test tube B turns milky
BLime water in test tube C turns milky
CPotassium hydroxide solution in test tube A turns red
DTemperature in the flask will go down.

the potassium hydroxide in tube A will absorb the carbon dioxide. thus tube B will not get any CO2 and lime water will not turn milky. however germinating seeds will utilize oxygen from the air and will release CO2 (respiration) so test tube C will get CO2 and lime water in tube C will turn milky
