yes it is c) it cannot be a) as there are two sets of lines in the same plane. It cannot be b) as there is clearly more than 1. It is not d) as the other pair that looks parallel are not in the same plane. Hope this clarifies your doubts
I think that , the answer should be B - 1 as there is only 1 pair of parallel line in the figure (present at the left side) . There is no solution given also , for the question .
The answer is (c) 2 and the second pair of parallel lines are slanting and far apart from one another
