Actually fresh ink stains can be lighten by using talcum powder and in dry cleans stores petrol is used to remove oil and grease So from my side C is the answer

It’s c because talcum powder does work on fresh ink stains and petrol works on oil and grease everyone should know that cotton need soft detergent
