I believe answer for this should be option (B), means 3 right angles. Can anyone please explain, how can it be 2 right angles?

Answer of this question will be 3 right angles because 12 noon to 12 fifteen pm makes 1 right angle 12 fifteen to twelve thirty 1 right angle and twelve thirty to twelve forty five 1 right angle Total right angles is 3
