How does the diffrent numbers of just protons , electrons,and neutrons of same kind diffrentiate the characteristics of elements example see the difference between hydrogen and uranium , how much reactive is uranium but on the other hand the hydrogen doesn't reacts that much ?????????

Chemical properties of a substance depend on the number of protons and electrons of an atom and independent on number of neutrons because chemical reaction includes how many electrons are being shared by an atom.So the chemical reactivity also depends on number of protons and electrons.
