Because simply only the first pair forms 180 (degrees)and obviously 45= 1/3 * 135....

the answer is option A> 135,45.
see, the question stands 180-x = x * 1/3
=> thus solving the equation we get, 1/3*x = 180-x
x *4/3 = 180
x = 135.
thus the other angle is 180-135=45
