SPORTS DAY AT GANDHI VIDHYASHRAM Gandhi Vidhyashram celebrated sports day in a special way. Students of classes 3, 4 and 5 formed groups and participated in a singing competition, with a selection of marching songs from the different states of the country. The panel of judges which included musicians, teachers and sports persons found it very challenging to decide on the winners! 'We used old compositions and created new marching songs as well', said the principal. At the end of the program students of classes 9 and 10 talked about respecting the National Flag and the meaning of our National Song. |
