I think there is a gap between all 3 shadowed boxes in option A, B, C except option D. SO option is D. If we will consider the line of symmetry logic the ans would be option C. So please give the solution.

Ok, read up. There are three solutions. First one: if u consider vertical and horizontal lines of symetry (thats right if diagonally was there a would be the answer) then its c, second solution : there is a square between each square so D and third is that all squares are not connected by vertical line of horizontal line
