In which of the following activities is work done

(A) A boy shaking a tree

(B) Ali pushing against the wall

(C) A man pushing a stalled car

(D) A worker pushing a loaded car.
In options C and D, it is not indicated whether the car has moved or not. How do I then understand as to whether work has been done or not?
