On analysing this question, we know that April, June, September and November have 30 days. So our fraction is 4/12. But since 4/12 is not one of the options, we can reduce 4/12 to its lowest term. HCF of 4 and 12 = 4 4/12 = 4/4 / 12/4 = 1/3 So your answer is A.
