Choose the correct present continuous or perfect continuous form of the verb to complete the sentence :

The answer would be Option A because Option B does not agree with the subject, whereas it is necessary for the verb to agree to its subject. Also, Options C and D wouldn't be there as they have asked to fill the correct present/ perfect continuous form of the verb.
