Option C is correct. Area of Y= 3x3/2=4.5 unit^2. Area of Z= 4x4/2=8 unit^2. Area of X= 5 x 5/2=12.5 unit^2. Therefore, 4.5+8=12.5. Hence, Y+Z=X holds true.
