In my opinion, the answer should be option (B). Option (C) suggests the phrase 'in' night. Firstly, 'in night' is a wrong adverb, as an article, 'the', is missing. 'In the night' is still incorrect, as this phrase refers to a specific night. As this sentence is in the present tense, this can't be logically correct, as, to know whether one dreams in a specific night, one needs to experience the night's sleep first. There is a possibility that the questioner is asking the person if he/she can dream at night while he/she is sleeping (this is to justify the present tense of the sentence), if you consider that a person can understand and ask questions while sleeping, which he/she cannot (if mentioned person is a human). On the other hand, the phrase 'at night' refers to any night in general, and not a specific night. If you consider the question, the phrase 'at night' is more acceptable than 'in the night', as a person would most likely ask another person whether he/she 'dreams at nighttime generally' rather than to ask whether he/she 'dreams in a specific night'. For all these reasons, I opine that option (B), not option (C), is the correct answer.

The preposition "in" is used to specify a particular month or time of the day. On the other hand, "at" specifies a specific time. The sentence sounds odd when we say,"Do you dream in night?". It should actually be "Do you dream at night?". SOF, kindly correct the same.
