option C and option D both are wrong . The circle in the net of the cone should be placed below rather than on the vertex.

yes I agree with Amika Rustagi. The answer is clearly option d , not c , because option C can be a open cuboidal box , so it can be correct , while , option d is clearly wrong because you cannot even make somethig out of it with the help of net
