I guess it should be something like this:Top and bottom numbers multiply to form the first digitTop left corner to bottom right corner multiply to form the last digit.Top right corner to bottom left corner multiply to form the middle digit.It follows for both examples given in the question.But for the last one, it should be 678 which is not there in the options.

i need justification if we will add the numbers present in the bottom u will get the middle number, but in the option 4 is not there, the sum of the last 2 digit also sums to the middle number but in the options their is no such number which does that.
