Image of an object approaching a convex mirror of radius of curvature of 20 m along its optical axis is observed to move from 253 m to 507 m in 50 s. What is the speed the object?

The answer for this question is 0.5m/s.first you should find the initial distance of the object.then after the object is moven try to find the final position of object .you can find this by using mirror formula.after this you woul get the initial and the final positions of the object as -50m and -25m respectively.then taked the distance covered by the object as 25 and divide it by time 20sec to calculate the speed of object and finally you get your answer as 0.5m/s.
