Two plots of land have same perimeter. One is in an equilateral triangle shape of side 60 m. While the other is in a rectangular shape of breadth 30 m. Find the area of the rectangular plot.

So, 60 × 3 = 2 × ( length + 30)
90 = length + 30
Length = 60 m
Hence, area = 60 × 30 = 1800 sq. m
