(D): To tip the scale below to the right, the weight of chocolates should be greater than 37kg.
Weight of 5 chocolates = 5 x 7 = 35kg
Weight of 6 chocolates = 6 x 7 = 42kg
 As, 42kg > 37kg
So, minimum number of chocolates needed = 6
