If the no. of Govt. employees in Delhi are 4200 and in table two it is given that there re seven rectangles . So, No. of govt. employees in Delhi / By no. of rectangles =4200/7 =600 Therefore,1rectangle represents 600 employees. So, if we have 3600 Govt. employees in Mumbai so we need to devide 3600 with 600. Ans. will be 'B' six.
