Form the second smallest 5-digit odd number. Which of the following is the difference between the digits in the ones and thousands place?

Answer: 1, Because smallest 5 digit odd number is 10001. Therefore difference between thousandth place digit and ones place digit is 1-0=1. Answer: (C)
