In a class of students, Aarush rank is 23rd from top in Mathematics, whereas his rank is 27th from below in Physics. How many students are there in the class?

A 50
B 40
C 48
D Data inadequate


Why there is no solution for the 10th question though it is showing the solution option? I am upset with the son Olympiad trainer.

answer is 49 but there is no option for 49 and the data inadequate is wrong since there is enough datato solve this so i dont understand
