The answer would be C. If you read the question carefully, it says, "Weaving is done by interlacing two sets of FIBRES at right angles." There are two things wrong with this: 1) They need not be interlaced at right angles. 2) The question clearly says 'fibres', not 'yarns' as it should be. Therefore, the answer is C.
