Repetition of a symbol in a Roman numeral means that the number has been repeated and thus the symbol represents the number multiplied by the number of times it has been repeated. Eg. XX=10×2=20 In this case X value represents 10. In Roman numerals repetition of a symbol means that certain word has been repeated.Then how the answer is Addition?pls justify.

Eg:XX, 10+10=20

Ans 2:

Class : Class 7
Yes, the answer should be addition as E.g. X=10 And if we repeat this X two times then it will be10+10 which is 20
