The ratio of the number of stickers Darshini has and the number of stickers Harshit has is 4 : 3. If Darshini has 36 stickers, find the ratio of the number of stickers Harshit has to the total number of stickers Harshit and Darshini both have.

C5 : 7
D3 : 7
