Actually I checked in New Guided Mathematics book 5 and I got formula for answer is 2*(L*B). So you can refer to this book. KEY - *= multiplication sign; L= length; B=breadth

The answer is A as the breadth of the rectangle is 2 cm. The length of the rectangle is 5 so 2 minus 5 is 3 and if we divide it into two parts it is 2 and 1. So we need to plus 2,2,2,1,2,1,1,2,1,2,2,2 for the answer. The answer after adding these numbers is 20
