Find the missing number, if a certain rule is followed row-wise or column-wise.

For 4,8 and 64 we have to multiply 4 * 2 = 8 and multiply 8*8=64, then for 6,3 and 36 we have to multiply 6*2=12 and then multiply 12*3=36. so the question mark will be replaced by 5 as 7*2=14 and 14*5=70. So,B is the answer.
