A person put warm water in an aquarium, thinking that the fish would be more comfortable in it. However, the fish died. What can be the reason for this?

A The concentration of oxygen decreases in warm water.
B The concentration of carbon dioxide increases in warm water.
C Fish cannot bear the extreme heat of the water.
D All of these

Won’t there be an increase of CO 2 if the oxygen level goes down and the fishes respire?!??!

The concentration of oxygen decreases in warm water as the solubility of gases in water decreases as the temperature increases.

Yes, but the concentration of oxygen does not decrease in warm water. The fish will die because they cannot bear the extreme heat.

The solubility of ALL gases decrease when the temperature increases. As you can read , a person put warm water (and not boiling or too hot) for the fish to bear.

Yes the concentration of oxygen decreases and the fish cannot bear the heat. I think options are wrong. It should be both B and C
