In case of heat stroke, what should be done immediately?

A Cover the patient with any cloth, preferably with woollen cloth.
B Give the patient a solution of salt, sugar and lime or preferably juice of an unripe mango.
C Make the patient lie down in a sunny place.
D Give hot tea or coffee to the patient.
