SO the sentence says: Though English is a foreign language, I am good at English grammer.The correct answer is C.1(They may change the order so I am writing the numbeer too.) as, the spelling they have given is GRAMMER but the correct answer is GRAMMAR with an A not and E. If any doubts please ask again.
