IF a+b=180° and a-b=56° ,then find the value of a and b with reasons.

Given data is a+b=180°,a-b=56° Then , (a+b)+(a-b)=(180°+56°) The answer we get is 2a=236° therefore a=118° Then b=180°-118°=62°
