Here, the correct answer is B.
This is because as we supply heat to water at normal temperature, its temperature rises. As soon as the temperature reaches to the boiling point, i.e., (100 degree Celsius for water) it becomes constant. And due to heating, water gets evaporated resulting in a decease in the water level.
