The given figure (not drawn to scale) is made up of 6 identical squares. The perimeter of the figure is 126 cm. What is the length of each side of the square?



A 10 cm
B 9 cm
C 8 cm
D 11 cm

The correct answer is 9 cm which is B

Perimeter is the length of the boundary. The number of lines that are in outer part of the figure are 14. So, 216/14=9. So, ans is B
