The correct answer is D. Because:27.45 = .45 =5 ones and 4 tens. 27. = 7 ones and 2 tens. Bring .45 and 27. together to get 27.45. And according to the calculation the answer is 2 tens. So it will be D= 20 as 2 tens is written as 20 in expanded form.
