Cboth blocks will fall

c because of gravity 1 will fall. imbalance and so other will also fall

Both of them will fall because box II will come down due to gravity and box I will become heavier

Both blocks will fall because there will be nothing to hold them.It is like a sea-saw balanced in the middle.If one person gets up,the other will go down.
